Iran continues to enhance its missile capabilities

(VOVworld) – Iran will continue to test new missiles despite the US introducing fresh sanctions.

Hossein Jaberi Ansari, a spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry, said new sanctions imposed by the US are illegal because Iran’s missile tests are not capable of carrying nuclear warheads. On Sunday, the US revealed fresh sanctions against Iran, following its missile test, just one day after the US announced to lift restrictions on Iran.
