Zarif added that the talks are very likely to continue beyond the self-imposed June 30 deadline. In an interview with an Iranian daily, Zarif said Iran believes that a “good agreement” should be reached with the P5+1, including the US, Britain, France, Russia, China, and Germany, so it means that Iran does not feel pressed for time.
In related news, Iran’s official IRNA news agency said Iran’s parliament has revised a draft law on nuclear talks before voting for it on Sunday. The draft law urges the government to ensure Iran’s achievements and rights in nuclear development. It also called on the foreign minister to report every 6 months the progress of implementing the final nuclear deal.
