Italian media: Vietnam strengthens international cooperation

The article “Vietnam enhances trade and investment with Italy and Europe” on La Città Futura newspaper affirmed that National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue’s visit will strongly promote the comprehensive partnership and cooperation. The article reviewed major progress in bilateral trade and Vietnam’s position as Italy’s top partner in Southeast Asia, which effectively connects the EU and Italy and ASEAN.
The daily Marx21 has an article titled “Vietnam’s declaration in Europe on joining the United Nations Human Rights Council.” The article emphasizes that being for the second time nominated to the United Nations Human Rights Council, Vietnam is showing the right direction in policies on human rights development, focusing on people.
The article said that Vietnam has been unanimously selected by ASEAN countries as a candidate of Southeast Asia to join the Human Rights Council for the term 2023-2025.
