The Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) announced its plan to move all radioactive water from underground reservoirs to safer places by this June. According to TEPCO, the total amount of radioactive water in 4 reservoirs is 23,600 tons, including 3,000 tons in the 4th reservoir which has not been used to cool down the reactors. Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power station discovered a series of radioactive leaks after one of the reactors stopped operating.
