(VOVworld) – Vietnamese Minister of Public Security To Lam praised the contributions made by outgoing Japanese Ambassador to Vietnam Hiroshi Fukada to widening the fine traditional friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and Japan, particularly between their law enforcement units.

Minister Lam said at a farewell reception on Wednesday that he hopes Ambassador Fukada will continue his efforts when he returns to Japan. The Ambassador promised to do so in whatever posts he may hold in the future.
