(VOVworld)- On Saturday, Japan presented Hanoi more than 200 cherry blossom trees as part of the activities organized within Japanese Cultural Days in Hanoi. National Assembly Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan and Japanese Minister of Economics, Trade and Industry Hayashi Moto attended the event. In his address, Chairman of the Hanoi Municipal People’s Committee Nguyen Duc Chung said :“Hanoi authorities promise to support people-to-people exchanges between Hanoi and Japan. We will create the best conditions for Japanese investors to do business in the city. We believe that cultural exchanges and economic, trade, and tourism cooperative programs between Hanoi and Japan will contribute to enhancing friendship and cooperation between Vietnamese and Japanese people”.
