(VOVworld)-The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has conferred certificates of merit to the Japanese Councilor and the JICA Chief Representative in Vietnam in recognition of their efforts in climate change response program. Speaking at the ceremony on Friday, Minister Nguyen Minh Quang said Daito Michio and Musuya Mori have contributed positively and boosted Vietnam – Japan’s cooperation in natural resources and environment. This includes a climate change response program, policy making in environment administration as well as strategic partnership between Vietnam and Japan.
