(VOVworld) –Kazakhstan’s Foreign Ministry decided to appoint Nguyen Thanh Hung its Honorary Consul in Ho Chi Minh city.  Kazakhstan’s Ambassador to Vietnam Beketzan Zhumakhanov attended the event on Friday.

Mr. Hung said Vietnam and Kazakhstan share many similarities and the two countries are building a close relationship especially in trade. Mr. Hung pledged to boost bilateral economic, trade, and cultural cooperation, appeal to Kazakhstan businesses to invest in Vietnam, and assist Vietnamese businesses to seek opportunities in Kazakhstan.
