Kosovo's Prime Minister Hashim Thaci cast his vote in the capital Pristina on earlier on Sunday.

(VOVworld) – The Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), the party of Governor Hashim Thaci, appeared to have won the Kosovo Parliamentary elections with 93 per cent of the votes were checked. The Kosovo Election Commission says the PDK won 31 per cent of the votes followed by the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) with 26 per cent. Thaci is likely to ally himself with smaller parties or the Serb minority to ensure his power over the next 4 years.
