(VOVWORLD) - The Consulate General of Kuwait in Ho Chi Minh City on Monday held a celebration to mark Kuwait’s 57th Independence Day (February 25) and 27th Liberation Day.

Speaking at the ceremony, Kuwaiti Consul General Khaled Al-Mutairi said bilateral ties will grow stronger in the future and invited Vietnamese enterprises to invest in Kuwait to bolster two-way trade.
Le Thanh Liem, Standing Vice Chairman of the municipal People’s Committee, congratulated Kuwait on becoming rotary chair of the United Nations Security Council in February and expressed his belief that Kuwait will do a good job.
