(VOVworld) - Held biennially, Lam Dong Tea Culture Week is part of the Central Highlands–Da Lat National Tourism Year 2014.

On this occasion, Bao Loc City will also organize the inauguration and groundbreaking ceremonies of some urban works to impress domestic and foreign tourists when visiting the city during the festival.

Entitled “Tea flavour in Lam Dong Plateau”, the event, the fifth of this kind, aims to honor tea growers and processors, popularize the B’Lao tea brand, and boost trade promotion activities of the industry in Lam Dong province.

The opening ceremony with art programs will introduce and honour B’Lao traditional tea planting and processing villages and highlight the role of tea products for Bao Loc City’s economic and tourism development in the future.

During the week-long festival, trade fairs and symposiums will be organized to help tourists better understand tea growing, production, and processing in Lam Dong.
