(VOVworld)- Party leader Nguyen Phu Trong paid a working visit to the Central Highlands Province of Lam Dong this week to inspect the implementation of the Party’s resolution on agricultural development, farmers and rural areas.  At a meeting with local authorities on Friday, the Party leader highlighted the province’s strategic importance to the socio economy and national defense. He urged the province to tap its potential in agricultural production and increase its competitiveness. The Party leader praised the province’s Party Committee for conscientiously implementing the Party’s resolution on criticism and self criticism. He underlined the importance of the resolution in enhancing trust among people and Party members. On the occasion, the Party leader presented gifts to local policy beneficiaries and role models in production.
