The event was attended by Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh and many senior Vietnamese party and government officials. Vice President Thinh said Vietnam will continue to work with Laos to deepen their traditional friendship. 

Lao Ambassador Thongsavanh Phomvihane thanked the Vietnamese Party, State and people for their valuable assistance in the past and at present.
