(VOVworld) – The National Assembly Standing Committee on Tuesday discussed the revised Law on the organization of the Supreme People’s Court. Topics of discussion included the organization and performance of the court as well as the tenure and working age of judges. Some deputies proposed lengthening the judges’ working age but they will not be allowed to hold any managerial post.
The deputies also discussed the revised Investment Law later in the day. They agreed that it is essential to fine-tune policies and administrative procedures to improve the investment environment in order to boost economic restructuring.
