(VOVWORLD) - Yen Lac district of Vinh Phuc province will impose 15-day social distancing from midnight of May 9th to May 24. All people are asked to stay at home and only go out in very necessary cases.

Quang Nam province’s Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control Sunday morning set up 7 COVID-19 checkpoints on key routes and gateways to the province. They are in charge of checking medical and travel history of all people and vehicles entering the province and handle violations of pandemic preventive rules.
Director of Quang Nam province’s Health Department Mai Van Muoi said the province has installed the second concentralized quarantine site to handle F1 cases at Phan Chau Trinh University.
Ha Nam province has strengthened the management of quarantine sites and people returning home after quarantine time. Security cameras have been installed to connect with the system of the Ministry of Information and Communications. There will be securitymen to watch the cameras around the clocks.
Phong Dien district of Thua Thien Hue province detected two COVID-19 cases in the community. The district has been temporarily lockdowned until further notice.
