VFF President Nguyen Thien Nhan visits Spring Newspaper Festival in Hanoi on February 10th, 2015
(VOVworld) – President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Nguyen Thien Nhan has called on the media to fulfill its role of social supervision and criticism.
While visiting the Spring Press Festival in Hanoi on Tuesday, he noted the media’s rapid development in both content and form to keep the public informed of Vietnam’s socio-economic growth, Party and state policies and directions. The press has also helped to reflect people’s aspirations to the Party and government in order to promulgate proper policies.
