(VOVworld) – Da Nang held a ceremony on Saturday to mark the 40^th anniversary of its liberation on March 29. In 40 years the city has become a leading city in the central region. It is looking forward to be an industrial city, which is worth living by 2020. In his address, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc said: “The city of Da Nang should continue to enhance its revolutionary tradition and experience to create new momentum for more solid growth, contributing to national development. It is essential to turn Da Nang into a city of events and a modern, civilized city.”
