At a Tuesday meeting with the Vietnamese Embassy staff in Mexico to mark Uncle Ho’s 125th birth anniversary (May 19), Alberto Anaya Gutiérez, the General Secretary of the Mexican Labour Party (PT) and President of the Mexico-Vietnam Friendship Parliamentarian Group, hailed the historical role of Vietnam’s Communist Party under the leadership of President Ho Chi Minh in Vietnam’s struggle for national reunification and development.
He also gave the embassy a number of books about Uncle Ho and Vietnam’s revolution, which were published by his party.
