Giorgana said a blueprint to establish a Mexico-Vietnam friendship parliamentarian group has been included in the agenda of his agency’s 63rd tenure and is eagerly awaited by many Mexican deputies. He said he expects a Vietnam culture week to be held in the lower house building to increase local understanding of Vietnam’s culture, history and people. He asked Ambassador Lan to write articles for thematic publications and speak about Vietnam’s socio-economic development experience at the Chamber’s plenary session. Ambassador Lan called the Trans-Pacific Partnership agreement an opportunity for trade between the two economies to thrive, bringing benefits to both people. She pledged to do her best to cement relations.
