(VOVworld) - Mid-autumn Festival 2016 opened on Tuesday at the Vietnam Exhibition Center for Culture and Art in Hanoi.

The program included a talk on traditional masks of Vietnam and the world, an exhibition of Mid-autumn celebrations in Vietnam and other ASEAN countries, and a Mid-autumn banquet. An installation called “The way to the moon” featured Mid-autumn symbols such as a banyan tree, a Moon boy, and lanterns.
40 children of workers in Ba Dinh and Hoang Mai district took part in a Mid-autumn Festival held by the Bread for the World Organization.
