Middle East Quartet worry about violence in Jerusalem
(VOVWORLD) - Russia, the US, the EU, and the UN, on Saturday said they are deeply concerned about the violence in Israel.

Envoys of the Middle East Quartet said in a joint statement said they are worried about daily clashes in Jerusalem that may force families to leave their homes. The statement demands Israel to avoid measures to escalate tensions in Jerusalem and reiterates the Quartet’s pledge to a two-state solution to resolve conflict between Israel and Palestine.
More than 200 people were injured in a clash between Israeli police and Palestinian citizens in Haram al-Sharif, Israel.
