The conference took place with Iran nuclear negotiations at a critical point. The participants discussed many issues relating to Middle East security, ranging from the Iran nuclear negotiations and the Palestinian issue to boosting cooperation between Israel and other countries in the region.
Israeli Foreign Minister Yair Lapid said the participants discussed security and economic cooperation and agreed to turn the Negev conference into a regular forum.
US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said the Abraham Accords were not an "alternative solution" to the long-standing conflict between Israel and Palestine.
