(VOVworld) – Leaders of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Central External Relations Commission signed a cooperative agreement on Thursday.

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh reviewed their cooperation in recent years, contributing to defending national independence and sovereignty, maintaining a peaceful, stable environment for development, and elevating Vietnam’s global status.
Hoang Binh Quan, Head of the Central External Relations Commission, received the Foreign Ministry’s Medal of Merit on this occasion.
