Month of Actions for labor safety and hygiene launched
(VOVWORLD) -A Month of Actions on labor safety and hygiene coupled with the Month for Workers will be launched on April 28 to promote occupational safety and hygiene towards better workplaces while flexible and safe adaptation to pandemic control.

During the month in May, employees will benefit from health checkups and join dialogues on occupational safety and hygiene in businesses.
Director General of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs’ Department of Work Safety, Ha Tat Thang said: “We will promote messages and warnings on work safety improvement, especially reduction of accidents at work and occupational diseases. Workers will have their interests protected and businesses will be supported for rapid recovery and safe pandemic prevention with both central and provincial efforts mobilized.”
