(VOVworld) - The Vietnamese government granted 62 scholarships to overseas Vietnamese (OV) students in Laos at a ceremony in Vientiane on Monday.

The Vietnamese Ambassador to Laos Nguyen Manh Hung, said that the grant demonstrated how much the Vietnamese government cares for Vietnamese expats in Laos , adding that this would help promote the special ties and comprehensive cooperation between the two nations. In 2015, the Vietnamese government provided 92 scholarships for OV students in Laos.
