(VOVWORLD) -More voters favour a second Brexit referendum than do not, a new poll has indicated, as a tussle between Prime Minister Theresa May and the EU over trade continues.
A new YouGov survey shows that a new vote would be backed by 42% of the public, compared to 40% who would oppose it. In a similar survey in April last year, only 31% of people supported a second referendum, compared to 48% who wanted the 2016 vote to be the final say on the matter. The UK is scheduled to leave the European Union on 29 March, 2019.
