More than 69 million voters to vote in the National Assembly and People’s Council Election

The council office chief and National Assembly Secretary General, Nguyen Hanh Phuc, expects more than 69 million voters to vote in more than 91,000 voting locations: “This is the right and responsibility of citizens towards the state and society. It’s advisable to vote in compliance with citizens rights and avoid voting on behalf of others.”
