The flights were arranged by the Vietnamese Embassy in France, Vietnam Airlines, and French authorities. The passengers included children, students whose schools have closed, elderly people, people with medical conditions, pregnant women, businessmen, and workers stranded by the COVID-19 epidemic.
More flights will be organized to bring Vietnamese citizens home in accordance with the Prime Minister’s instructions, Vietnam’s quarantine capacity, and the changing pandemic situation.
