(VOVworld) – A Moroccan security official has warned that IS militants are plotting to unleash chemical and biological weapons on Britain and Europe. Abdelhak Khiame, Morocco’s head of counter-terrorism, said his agents have foiled an IS plan to attack four Moroccan cities with deadly chemicals.
He said IS has changed its tactics and now plans to carry out chemical and biological attacks on public places in the EU and the UK.
In January Morocco foiled an IS terror plot involving substances that can cause convulsion, paralysis, and death.
