In his messages, Man expressed his belief that with their rich experience and prestige the two newly elected leaders will lead both houses in the Japanese diet to achieve even greater successes, contributing to Japan’s prosperous development and further elevating its position on the international stage.

The National Assembly of Vietnam and its Chairman personally are always ready to cooperate closely with the two Japanese houses and their leaders to further promote the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between Vietnam and Japan, as well as cooperation between their legislative bodies, to ensure that their relationship will continue to grow stronger, more substantial, and more effective, bringing practical benefits to the people of both countries and contributing positively to peace, stability, cooperation, and development in the region and the wider world, he wrote.

Man also sent a letter of congratulations to former President of the Japanese House of Councillors Otsuji Hidehisa for successfully completing his tenure. He affirmed that the National Assembly of Vietnam highly values and appreciates the effective cooperation of Hidehisa and the Japanese House of Councillors, contributing to the upgrade of the Vietnam-Japan relationship to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership for Peace and Prosperity in Asia and the World.
