Chairman Hue said that in March and the first quarter, National Assembly agencies accomplished a large volume of work and flexibly dealt with arising issues. External affairs tasks were undertaken proactively and effectively in all fields, bilaterally and multilaterally.

He emphasized that in the second quarter, National Assembly agencies need to prioritize completing dossiers and documents to submit to the legislature’s 7th Session for approval of nine bills and one draft resolution.

He stressed the need to ensure the quality of verification reports to be submited to the National Assembly for comments on 11 bills included in the Law and Ordinance Building Program.

The National Assembly Chairman also noted that agencies review processes and regulations on information security, clerical and archival regulations, regulations on protecting state secrets and internal politics, as well as speech discipline.
