In the message, Hue expressed his belief that in his new position, Mr. Nukaga Fukushiro and the Lower House of Japan will continue to support stronger Vietnam-Japan relations in all fields and strengthen cooperation between the two legislatures in order to bring practical benefits to the peoples of the two countries in order to  contribute to peace, stability, cooperation and development in the Asia- Pacific region and the world.

On this occasion, Hue invited Nukaga Fukushiro and a high-ranking delegation of the Japanese Lower House to pay an official visit to Vietnam.
