Speaking in a working session with the provincial leaders on Wednesday, the chief legislator praised the Mekong Delta province’s long coastal line and called for more incentives to encourage the private sector in wind energy. She said local development must ensure harmonious combination with people’s interests while boosting new rural area facilities, including power, roads, schools, and clinics.
