(VOVworld) -  On the occasion of the New Year 2017, National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan visited soldiers on duty in the border guard station of Po Hen, Hai Son commune, Mong Cai City, Hai Ha District police station, and visited local people in several communes in Mong Cai City, Quang Ninh province.

She praised recent efforts to pave the roads as an example of care for the people’s lives. She asked for more efforts to promote production, improve living standards and maintain peace and stability in the border area.
