They also heard supervisory reports on the revised Law presented by Chairman of the National Assembly Committee on Finance and State Budget Phung Quoc Hien.
Deputies agreed on the necessity of amendments and supplements to the Tax Law to support Vietnamese businesses in international economic integration and administrative reform of tax and customs management. Discussions focused on corporate income tax, personal income tax, and value added tax regulations.
The National Assembly on Monday afternoon listened to supervisory report on the revised Laws on the Organization of the Government and Local Administration, the revised Law on Military Service Duty, and the revised Law on Animal Health. While discussing revisions to the Law on Executing Civil Judgement, the deputies said the revision has amended some issues in the current Law by taken into consideration recommendations at the 7th session.
