(VOVworld) – National Assembly deputies said that law enforcement should be tightened while discussing crime and corruption prevention and control, and tasks of the judicial sector in 2013.

They agreed on the need to examine laws to make timely amendments, supplements or removal of improper documents to limit negative phenomena, increase inspections to detect violations, and raise people’s awareness of criminal denunciations. Tran Thi Hoa Sinh is a deputy from Lang Son province: "It is necessary to promulgate a resolution on judicial work to improve law enforcement. Government, Supreme Court and People’s Procuracy reports need to make clear the reasons for law violations".

Regarding corruption prevention and control in 2013, some deputies proposed to establish a special task force under the National Assembly to investigate corruption and analyze positive factors in disseminating and educating people about corruption prevention and control. Deputy Nguyen Thi Kha from Tra Vinh province said: "The government and functional agencies need an objective and honest assessment of the reasons for corruption. Regarding corruption in judicial agencies, it is essential to make clear the responsibility of the leaders. Besides, there should be a strict legal mechanism to protect the crime denouncer".
The session also focused on preventing juvenile delinquencies.
