NA leader launches tree planting festival in Tuyen Quang
(VOVWORLD) - National Assembly (NA) Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue attended a ceremony on Monday to launch an emulation movement and a tree planting festival in Yen Son district in the northern mountainous province of Tuyen Quang.

Mr. Hue said the tree planting festival should be promoted together with forest management and protection for a green economy and sustainable development.
“Relevant agencies need to support Tuyen Quang province by applying technology in forest management, develop the forestry economy and eco-tourism, as well as preservation of local cultural identity and rural areas," said Chairman Hue.
It is essential to develop the forest as a source of income for local people. Tuyen Quang should strive to become a high-tech center and a timber production and processing hub in the northern midland and mountainous region.”
Working with provincial leaders, Chairman Hue emphasized the need to develop Tuyen Quang comprehensively and sustainably.
The same day, Chairman Hue attended a ceremony to start construction of Tuyen Quang High School for Gifted Students.
