NA Standing Committee debates government report on thrift practice, anti-waste
(VOVWORLD) -Members of the National Assembly Standing Committee on Thursday commented on a government report on thrift practice and anti-waste in 2017.

The report said coordinated measures have been taken to practice thrift and combat waste in accordance with the Law on Thrift Practice and Waste Prevention, helping to achieve annual socio-economic goals. Some deputies suggested that the report required updated figures and collated figures from different years to ensure the work is effective.
In the afternoon, the Committee discussed the draft law on urban development management.
