NA Standing Committee debates revisions to Law on Judicial Records
(VOVWORLD) - Deputies at the National Assembly Standing Committee discussed on Friday revisions to the Law on Judicial Records including the yes-or-no stipulation of judicial records of commercial entity in the law.

According to the deputies, the revised Criminal Code 2015 supplements criminal responsibility of commercial entity who have the right to ask for criminal record certification to participate in economic transactions and others. The deputies agreed on the need to develop a database of criminal records of commercial entity. The same day, they reviewed the pilot of Judge’s costume at the court.
