(VOVworld)- National Assembly Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan on Wednesday praised Son La province’s achievements in socio-economic development and poverty reduction. At a meeting with representatives from the province in Hanoi, Ms Ngan urged them to focus on more programs for ethnic minority groups. She stressed the importance of effectively implementing the national new rural development program and responding to the emulation and national defense movements.
