(VOVworld)- National Assembly deputies approved the Resolution on State Budget Balance 2011 on Thursday. They also discussed the revised Law on Bidding saying that the revisions clearly stipulate preferences and priorities facilitating domestic enterprises and goods. In the afternoon, the deputies approved 2 Resolutions and 3 Laws. They include the Resolution on the National Assembly's Supervision Program 2014, the Resolution on negotiating government-level agreements on dealing with free migrants and marriages without certificates in the border areas between Vietnam and Laos, the Law on conciliation at grassroots level, the revised Law on Residence and the revised Law of the Article 170 of the Corporate Law.
