(VOVworld) - National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan praised Hai Duong province’s achievements following its 20 years of re-establishment.

Speaking in the ceremony on Saturday, the Chairwoman asked Hai Duong province to diversify its service sector to better care for public life: “Hai Duong province should take actions to improve its Provincial Competitiveness Index and restructure its economic towards high valued industries, environmental protection and sustainable development. Investment and business climate must be improved to facilitate business growth.”

On this occasion, Hai Duong province was confered with Independence Order, first class, by the Party and the State.
