(VOVWORLD) - National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan visited Ton Duc Thang University on Tuesday. She congratulated the school on its 20 years of development.

Ms. Ngan said the school was one of the first self-financed public universities in Vietnam. She called for more training and research to make the university an international class institution to serve industrialization and modernization.
Ms. Ngan presented 20 scholarships, 1 photocopier, 5 printers, and 10 laptop computers to Ton Duc Thang University students.
