(VOVworld) - National Assembly deputies said social healthcare coverage must cater for workers with labor contracts lasting for under 3 months.

They said this will prevent employers from avoiding insurance policies for their workers by structuring contract terms. Others recommend optional insurance policy for short-term employees due to low income paid to newly recruited workers.
Deputies also supported the State subsidies of 10% for social insurance cost for part-time staff working in communal government agencies. They said this will attract more young people participate in local community activities.
