(VOVworld) – National Assembly deputies discussed the revised Civil Code on Saturday. This has been the third discussion of the revised Civil Code before it is approved at the year-end National Assembly session. Deputies agreed that there should be strict regulations on contract implementation when there is a situational change. Nguyen Manh Cuong, a deputy for Quang Binh province, said: “Agreements in civil relations must be respected. Before signing a contract, all parties must foresee market and price fluctuations. I think there should be strict regulations on this issue.”
