(VOVWORLD) - The National Assembly on Wednesday afternoon approved the relief of Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung and 12 ministers and heads of ministerial-level agencies. A resolution on approving the relief was passed by the National Assembly with 454 votes for of the total 457 participating delegates.

The 12 relieved ministers include Minister of National Defense Ngo Xuan Lich, Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minh, who still holds the post of Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Finance Dinh Tien Dung, Minister of Industry and Trade Tran Tuan Anh, Minister of Construction Pham Hong Ha, Minister of Education and Training Phung Xuan Nha, and Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Nguyen Xuan Cuong.
After the relief approval process, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh submitted to the National Assembly his nomination of a number of deputy prime ministers, ministers and other Government members.
