Topics for discussion will include the government report on crime and corruption prevention this year and the issuing of the National Assembly resolution on reforming school textbooks.
On Monday the deputies debated the revised Civil Code including new content regulating the court to handle all civil and commercial cases filed by the people. National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung said: “The revised Civil Code will define areas which have been mentioned in the Constitution but not in the current law such as property rights, the democratic right and freedom to do business and trading, and the court’s role as a judicial agency. It’s better to settle civil issues bilaterally and not to bring the case to court.”
The deputies discussed regulations on property models and property right transfer times for property registered products.
