(VOVworld) – On Tuesday the National Assembly Standing Committee passed the government’s proposal on the use of government bonds for compensation and the relocation of people affected by the Ta Trach Lake project between 2012 and 2015. Agencies involved were asked to observe disciplines and regulations in using funds.

The National Assembly Standing Committee also commented on the government’s report on adjustments of the foreign capital plan in 2016. This year’s foreign capital totals 50 trillion VND, of which 48.7 trillion VND was allocated to localities. But only 36% of the amount had been disbursed by the end of May.
