(VOVworld) - Party leader Nguyen Phu Trong has chaired an online national conference to train Party officials on the 4th plenum of the Party Central Committee’s resolution on Party building and prevention of moral degradation.

Speaking in the opening session in Hanoi on Friday, the Party leader said the resolution aims to tackle a pressing issue of political, moral and lifestyle depravity and the resolution has been warmly welcomed by Party members and the public. He said implementation of the resolution must be in sync with other resolutions by the Party, National Assembly and government to foster social economic development and consolidate public trust in the Party: “Successful implementation of the resolution requires clear awareness and solid determination with proper solutions. The Politburo believes that with the Party political will and public support, the Party will be kept clean and strong as expected by the people.”
