Mr. Hue was speaking on Tuesday at the ongoing NA Standing Committee meeting which will discuss a resolution on the blue print to be submitted to the top legislative body and the proposal of collecting public opinions on revisions to the Land Law.
“This is the first time Vietnam has built a national masterplan. It is a challenging and urgent mission because the masterplan governs other areas such as land use planning, marine spatial planning, and regional planning,” said Chairman Hue.
Lawmakers will also consider the revision of the draft amended Law on Medical Examination and Treatment at the ongoing session, and propose a number of mechanisms and policies on health care.
